1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from 2TRDY ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2TRDY.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default. Customers in the United States can switch the display to US Dollars (USD) at any time; USD prices are converted from the CAD base at a fixed rate and are for reference — the final amount charged is confirmed at checkout in the currency supported by the payment method. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Shopify Checkout. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an email confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping policies are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, processing times, and conditions are outlined in our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified window.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of 2TRDY or its licensors and is protected by Canadian, US, and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
