Shipping Policy
Tracked delivery across Canada and the United States
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories and to all 50 US states (plus DC). International shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1โ2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched.
3. Estimated Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
The rates below are estimates. Final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout and may vary based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii) may require additional business days. Customs clearance at the US/Canada border can add 1โ3 days to cross-border orders.
4. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order anytime from My Orders.
5. Taxes & Duties
Canadian orders are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST, HST, PST, QST), calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. US orders may be subject to state and local sales tax where required; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties collected by the carrier on delivery.
6. Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be accommodated.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, and common areas
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email 1infomaill89@gmail.com within 5 days
For packages confirmed as stolen after a reasonable investigation, we will file a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at 1infomaill89@gmail.com.
